Wildlife Photographer of the Year Awards 2007
10/25/07 - George DeCamp has been named a Highly Commended Winner in the Animal Behavior: Birds category at the 2007 Wildlife Photographer of the Year Awards in London. His photo of 2 Yellowlegs fighting, taken in Jamaica Bay NWR, Long Island NY, was chosen from over 32,000 entries.

- 01/20/07 - Three images by George DeCamp have been selected by NANPA (North American Nature Photography Association) as "2006 Showcase Images" which represent their yearly pick of the top 100 images of the year. These images will also appear in the 2007 NANPA print journal - "Expressions". See the following link for more details;

- 10/11/06 - One of George DeCamp's photos will be on display at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC from November 15, 2006 - October 19, 2007. This will be part of the winning Natures Best International Photography Awards exhibit from NWPLI.
